Design and construction of the residential complex Zhety Kazyna of seven five-story
buildings. The total number of apartments are 140. The residential complex includes: a swimming pool,
a restaurant, saunas, a gym, a playground and a medical center. 
CONSTRUCTION OF TCO CAMP ORKEN VILLAGE – KAZAKHSTAN
Detailed design, all construction works according to international standards.
The project included the construction of living quarters, a fire station, kitchens and canteens, a
security building, a bakery and laundry, warehouses, workshops, sewerage, bus stops, a pumping station,
a sports complex, a cold storage room, a data center, an utility building, substations and generators,
water purification station, clinic, tank for drinking and fire-fighting water. Comfortable
accommodation in the complex is provided for 5000 people.
