ISTEK Construction LLP is founded in a 50% - 50% JV Partnership between Parent Companies (Kazakh Company ISKER Consortium and Turkish Company GATE Construction) in 2019.

TEKFEN Construction is one of the largest international construction companies, and ranks 75th on the ENR list. With major achievements in Türkiye, the Middle East, North Africa, the Caucasus, Central Asia and Central and Eastern Europe, the company has a reputation as a reputable international contractor. Implements a variety of projects including civil works, refineries, satellite cities, industrial plants, pipelines, offshore structures, power plants and utility works.
ISKER Consortium is one of the biggest local construction companies in the region and have executed numerous oil & gas projects with major Clients such as Agip KCO/NCOC, TCO, KPO, KPI, Atyrau Refinery over the last 15 years and have a major presence in Kashagan Field for both offshore and onshore projects with available facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and resource pool of skilled local manpower.
